At this time, ALL of our properties are pet friendly. Pet policies, fees, and any restrictions are clearly outlined on each property’s booking page.

Are any of your rentals pet-friendly?

Yes. Several of our homes are ideal for extended stays, including work assignments, relocations, or longer visits. Availability for longer stays varies by property and season.  A 15% discount is applied to stays longer than 7 days, and a 25% discount is applied to stays longer than 28 days.

Do you offer extended stays or monthly rentals?

Yes. Guests receive clear check-in information and contact details prior to arrival. Because we’re locally based, support is nearby if assistance is needed.

Will someone be available if I need help during my stay?

Blocked dates may indicate an existing reservation, a maintenance hold, or dates outside our current booking window. Availability shown on the calendar is always kept up to date.

Why do some dates show as blocked or unavailable?

Yes. Guests who book directly through our website typically receive better overall rates than third-party platforms, since additional service fees are avoided.
