Hometown Hospitality is a locally owned short-term rental company offering thoughtfully managed homes in Brownwood, Texas. Our goal is simple: to provide guests with comfortable, well-cared-for stays that feel easy, welcoming, and dependable from start to finish.

Whether you’re visiting for family, work, or an extended stay, we believe where you stay should feel just as considered as why you’re here.

A Better Way to Stay in Brownwood

Welcome

Rooted Locally.  Hosted With Care.

We live and work in the community we serve, which allows us to offer a level of care that’s difficult to replicate from afar. Every home in our collection is intentionally selected, prepared, and maintained with consistency in mind — not just for how it looks online, but how it functions once you arrive.

Our focus isn’t on managing as many properties as possible. It’s on managing the right ones, well.

Many of the homes we manage have been thoughtfully renovated or reimagined with real-life use in mind. Layouts, finishes, and furnishings are chosen for comfort, durability, and longer stays — so our homes feel just as good on day ten as they do on day one.

This design-forward approach helps ensure our spaces aren’t just visually appealing, but practical and comfortable for everyday living.

Meet the Owners

Hometown Hospitality is owned and operated by Courtney and Will Gatlin, a husband-and-wife team with deep roots in Brownwood, Texas.

Courtney brings a hospitality-first mindset and design expertise shaped by years of experience in hospitality management and guest care, while Will’s background in construction and systems ensures each home is maintained with long-term function and durability in mind.

Together, they take a hands-on approach to every property — creating homes that feel welcoming, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared for each guest.
